Handling & storage
Store in corrosion-resistant containers (HDPE or lined steel) in a cool, well-ventilated area away from alkalis and oxidising agents. During handling, wear acid-resistant PPE including an acid vapour respirator or supplied-air respirator, full face shield, chemical-resistant gloves, and apron; HCl solution at 32% releases toxic hydrogen chloride fumes and must not be handled without adequate respiratory protection. Consult the SDS before handling.
