Handling & storage
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from combustibles, bases, and oxidisable materials, in HDPE or mild steel (carbon steel) containers approved for concentrated sulphuric acid; do not store near water sources as contact causes a violent exothermic reaction. Stainless steel is not suitable for storage. Consult the SDS before handling.
